Sarah P. Corbett

Sarah P. Corbett was born in 1983 in Everton, the fourth most deprived ward in the UK, and was an activism manager at Oxfam GB before founding the global Craftivist Collective in 2009.

She calls her unique methodology ‘Gentle Protests’ and her work has helped changed hearts, minds, policies and laws around the world. Organisations she has worked with include Girl Guiding, Lush, Scouts, the Climate Coalition, Fashion Revolution, Tate, the V&A, the British Museum and Secret Cinema.

The Craftivist Collective Handbook was named best multimedia book of 2025 at the Creative Book Awards.
