Dr Yasmin El-Rouby

Dr Yasmin El-Rouby grew up in Ontario, Canada.

A qualified ophthalmologist, she has worked in eye care for more than twenty years and currently practises at a clinic in Abu Dhabi.

With a masters in public health, she has a special interest in children’s eye health and health promotion. As a mother of four, she noticed there was a lack of children’s books addressing health, in particular eye health, and the Misty Mole series was born.
